I've finished installing the bloodwood binding and doing a first round of finish sanding on Christoph's All-Koa Baritone. A little tap on that thin koa soundboard sets of a very promising cascade of resonance. In the last picture on this page I wiped on some naphtha to offer a little preview of how the color and grain of the koa will really "pop" under the lacquer finish. It's gonna be real pretty!Also, I hope you all will enjoy the Olympics as much as I will. The opening ceremonies is one of my favorite parts to watch. Go Federer!
