Is it just a coincidence that the two orders I've gotten for 7-string Concert Nylon Crossovers have been from the Baltic region? Last year I built a 7-String Nylon for Rune Mandelid in Oslo, and now I've just started on another for Andre Maaker in Estonia. Andre's Concert Nylon Crossover has an Englemann spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides. I'm bracing the soundboard with a lattice structure that is very fun to put together. Here you can see how I apply the glue to the lattice with a roller and then "clamp" it to the soundboard using a vacuum sealed gasket for evenly distributed pressure.
